Rules and Regulations

1. Reservation and Booking:

  a. All event space reservations must be made in advance through the designated booking process.

   b. The booking process may require the completion of a reservation form and the payment of any applicable fees or deposits.

   c. Reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis after any applicable fees and or deposits have been submitted.

  d. Full payment must be made in advance before the start of the event. Any additional fees or charges incurred during the event must be paid before leaving the premises.

e. Use of The Reel Market House may be scheduled from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. – seven (7) days a week. Premise must be vacated by 11:30 PM for ALL events.

2. Event Guidelines:

   a. The event space shall be used only for the purpose specified during the reservation process.

   b. Events must comply with local laws, regulations, and any specific rules outlined by the event space management.

   c. NO SMOKING inside The Reel Market House. Smoking will be outside in designated areas.

  d. Children and teenagers shall not be left unattended on the premises without adult supervision.

  e. The event organizer may bring in outside catering, but the event organizer is responsible for ensuring that all food and beverage items are properly handled, stored, and disposed of.

3. Security and Safety:

   a. The event organizer is responsible for the security and safety of all attendees, as well as the event space itself.

   b. Any necessary security personnel or equipment should be arranged by the event organizer at their expense.

   c. Fire safety regulations must be strictly adhered to, including maintaining clear emergency exits and not exceeding maximum occupancy limits.

4. Event Setup and Cleanup:

   a. The event organizer is responsible for setting up and removing any event-related equipment, decorations, or materials.

   b. All event setups must be approved by Market House staff to ensure compliance with safety and facility guidelines.

   c. The Reel Market House inside and outside should be left in a clean and orderly condition after the event. Trash and other waste must be properly disposed of in designated areas.

  d. Tables and chairs should be neatly stacked against the wall.

5. Noise and Disturbance:

   a. The event organizer must ensure that noise levels are kept within reasonable limits to avoid disturbing neighboring areas or other events.

   b. Amplified sound or music should be adjusted to a level that does not cause disruption or violate noise ordinances.

   c. The event organizer should promptly address any noise complaints or concerns raised by event space management or neighboring parties.

6. Liability and Damages:

   a. The event organizer assumes full responsibility for any damage caused to the event space or its property during the event.

   b. Any repair or replacement costs resulting from damage caused by the event or its attendees will be the responsibility of the event organizer.

   c. The event organizer may be required to provide proof of insurance to cover potential damages.

   d. The Reel Market House is not liable or responsible for any personal items or materials left inside or outside the space, or for any vehicles or property in the parking lot or surrounding areas.

7. Compliance with Policies:

   a. All event organizers and attendees must comply with the event space’s policies, as well as any additional guidelines provided by The Reel Market House.

   b. Non-compliance with the rules and regulations may result in the termination of the event and the forfeiture of any fees or deposits.

   c. The Reel Market House reserves the right to refuse the use of the event space to any individual or group which has failed to comply with any of these polices.

8. Amendments and Cancellations:

   a. Changes or modifications to the event booking, including adjustments to the event date, time, or guest count, are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact The Reel Market House as soon as possible to discuss any desired changes.

   b. Cancellation

– Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 3 weeks prior to the scheduled event date will be eligible for a full refund of any payments made.

   – Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 2 weeks before the event date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 70% of the total booking cost. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.

   – No Refund: Cancellations made 5 days of the event date will not be eligible for any refund. The full booking cost will be retained as a cancellation fee.

b. Force Majeure:

   – In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government-imposed restrictions, both parties agree to work together to find a suitable resolution. This may include rescheduling the event to a later date or providing credit for future bookings.

c. Communication of Cancellation:

   – All cancellations must be communicated to The Reel Market House in writing via email. The cancellation will be considered effective from the date of receipt of the written notice.
